people who start violence with wisdom, would mostly not anticipate or want violent because they are wise, if they are still alive they could explain in their wisdom that violence is not the right means and provide with examples of other ways to fight their problem or develop their beliefs without violence.

small ideas taken by angry violent unhappy fed-up people... where ideas came from ideas/visions one day, just something he had seen that day about life or a problem or something better. did not know that people would follow or want to act on those ideas. Angry unrevoked comment accumulated by other angry people.

Truth of a problem is understand reading the individuals of masses. 10 minute brief is not enough.

Why would someone invade, why are they radical, what do they believe and see and/or live by. Must understand to fix the problem.

database of the lives, seen through the life of, of history and present, written by the right people who see their life, read by people who care to see the problem,

A problem (example of one importance, war or killing), should be understood. and could prevent war or incorrect retaliations.

Pay people (people who are going to tell it properly) to give us their story. 

Lower life forms have more negative instinct to reproduce, deal with problems, dominate, etc. Humans evolved wisdom does less wrong because it sees effect, less negative instinct. Stupider people can do more wrong possibly because they neglect to see something. Decisions are best made by council so many can look at it (more wisdom into it), The future for bettering understand for better decisions. The council++.
